Los Angeles based illustrator and designer Danny Curnen (Danny Excess) works primarily within the entertainment industry and is gaining recognition for his captivating concepts, concert posters, and branding design work. Creative Bloq (UK) named him as one of ‘Top 10 Most Inspiring Poster Artists of 2012’, he was nominated for ‘Venue Poster Artist Of 2013’ by Pollstar Magazine. He regularly works with renown festivals, venues, artists and corporate entities that include South By Southwest (SXSW), CMJ Music Marathon, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, The Sunset Music Festival,  The Vegan Beer & Food Festival, The Troubadour and The Roxy Theatre. Danny has created key art, logo design, album art, merchandise, and poster design for many of the worlds most recognizable musical artists and bands, including Nine Inch Nails, The Doors, 311, Iggy Azalea, Gary Clark JR., plus hundreds of others. 
In 2013, he designed and created a 10’ tall Gibson Les Paul Model Guitar Monument sculpture as a part of Gibson Guitar’s ‘Guitar Town’, joining the creative company of other notable Guitar Town artists such as Shepard Fairey, Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park and Tristan Eaton. 2013 also saw his poster design for Lisa Marie Presley go on display as part of a one year exhibit at Elvis Presley’s Graceland in Memphis, TN.
 Danny recently re-branded the iconic eagle logo for Tecate, and created all design assets for comedian Nick Swardson's 'Taste It Tour', which included the tour poster, billboards, print ad's, and set design for his hit Comedy Central special.
